Metal Powder Vacuum Packaging Machine
Specifications
Product details
Ultrafine powders have problems such as large gas content, high dust, light specific gravity easy to float, and difficulty in packaging loose materials. This packaging machine completely solves the above problems, addressing issues of manual packaging such as low efficiency, low accuracy, high dust, and difficulty in packaging. It is a new generation equipment with high weighing accuracy, simple and convenient operation, and can be widely used for packaging ultrafine powder materials. For example: precipitated silica, precipitated white carbon black, thickener, pigment carbon black, acetylene carbon black, printing ink carbon black, rubber carbon black, activated carbon black, carbon, calcium stearate, zinc stearate, magnesium stearate, heat stabilizer, calcium-zinc stabilizer, barium-zinc stabilizer, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, powder coating, carbon black, matting powder, stearate, lithium iron phosphate, aerogel, etc.
Product Overview:
The vacuum valve port packaging machine is suitable for valve bag packaging of ultrafine and nano-scale powders with large gas content and low specific gravity. The packaging process has no dust overflow, effectively reducing environmental pollution. The packaging process can achieve high compression ratio filling of materials, making the finished packaging bag full in shape, reducing the packaging bag size, and the packaging effect is particularly outstanding. Representative materials include silicon powder, carbon black, white carbon black, super conductive carbon black, powdered activated carbon, graphite, and hard acid salts, etc.
Working Principle:
The JKF-159C series packaging machine uses vacuum suction to feed materials. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. The material enters the bag through negative pressure suction, while the gas in the material is discharged through the pores of the bag. When the weight of the material filled into the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the operator removes the packaged bag, completing a single bag packaging.
