Product Introduction
JKF-159CH type valve bag powder quantitative packaging machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation and electronic automatic metering technology. Controlled by PLC program, it can completely complete one-time filling of ultrafine powder, with accurate metering and no dust. It is composed of variable speed screw feeding, divided into full-screw type and half-screw type. The full-screw type directly sends materials into the packaging bag, mainly designed for materials with high specific gravity, poor fluidity, and sticky materials, such as: titanium dioxide, wet zirconium silicate, mica powder, precipitated barium, small particle powder, dry mortar, caulk, etc. The half-screw type uses high-frequency variable speed screw and auxiliary air to indirectly send materials into the packaging bag, mainly designed for 325-2500 mesh materials with good fluidity and not easy to block, such as: ground calcium carbonate, ground barium sulfate, quartz powder, starch, zinc/calcium/magnesium stearate, stabilizer, wax powder, toner, magnesium aluminum hydroxide, etc.
