Weigh display zeroing: if an empty bag is already placed, the system automatically zeros to deduct the empty bag weight, keeping the meter head at zero, and the system is in standby. Start: press the start button, the bag clamping cylinder holds the bag, and the valve opens fully. Bulk feeding: at this time, the motor feeds material at a preset speed with the valve fully open (fast speed). Fine feeding: at this time, the motor feeds material at a preset speed with the valve half closed (medium speed). Advance correction: at this time, the motor feeds material at a preset speed with the valve two-thirds closed (slow speed). Note: during bulk feeding, fine feeding, and advance correction, the PLC controls the inverter to adjust the motor speed in a stepless manner to correct the drop, ensuring accuracy. Weighing completion: when the weight in the bag reaches the preset value, the motor stops, the valve closes, and the bag clamping cylinder releases. Removal, stacking: move the packaged product to the nearby stacking area. Transport to the warehouse using a handcart or forklift. Note: the sensor, weigh meter head, PLC, and inverter communicate; weight controls the PLC and pneumatic components, and the PLC communicates with the inverter to control the motor to run at different speeds.
