 JKF-159C Valve-Type Vacuum Dust-Free Powder Packaging Machine is mainly used for powders with large bulk volume, good flowability, and high gas content. Application scope: fumed silica, matting powder, graphene, activated calcium carbonate, ultrafine silica powder, light stearate powder, transparent powder, kaolin, cobalt powder, lithium battery raw materials, magnesium hydroxide, flame retardant, ceramic raw materials, carbon black, fly ash, etc.

Working Principle:

  The powder is sucked into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber by the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device. The valve is controlled by vacuum degree proportion for weighing, achieving powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. Effectively solves issues of weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity. It can completely eliminate gas inside the bag, and the packaging process is carried out in a sealed environment without dust.
